FAQs
What do you do in the community groups?
We do all sorts of fun activities, such as music, drama, singing, creative writing, photography, podcast recording, workshops in schools, performances, tea drinking and biscuit dunking! Most importantly, we always have a laugh!
When do the groups meet?
Hearts & Minds meets every Thursday morning from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Johnny Barlow Theatre Company meets every Thursday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Both groups meet at Guide Bridge Theatre, Audenshaw.
What do I need to bring?
Just your beautiful self!
Can I still come if I’ve no experience of music, theatre or the arts?
Absolutely. Everyone is welcome to our community groups, regardless of experience.
Do I have to come every week?
No, we’ll always be here, ready with a brew and a biscuit whenever you drop by!
How much does it cost?
Nothing at all! We don’t charge for joining our community groups, and we value you sharing your lived experience, imagination and creativity. In return, we offer theatre trips, monthly community group lunches and other annual events.
